Billing FAQ
Q: Why are business
rates set at a fixed set of hourly rates but personal home computer
rates are adjustable?
A: Many home PC users are on a tight income and unable to
afford the full rate. We are willing to adjust our rates to fit the
clients budget. Passing up clients because they can't afford the
rate is like throwing away money.
Q: Why do special offers only apply to
home computers?
A: Because computers in a business environment can be
dramatically different in their configurations but a typical home PC
will be much like any other. In most cases we already know what we
are getting into before we ever arrive on site, unlike business
systems that we may have to do research to find all of its
intricacies.
Q: Why am I being charged a trip
charge?
A: Trip Charges cover our fuel costs, vehicle maintenance and
other things required for travel. Travel Charges are based on your
location and are pre-determined based on an average cost. Trip
Charges are subject to change based on rising costs of travel.
Q: Why don't you keep parts in stock?
A: Because we provide service and only service. If you
need a part we can find it for you and make arrangements to get it
to you, but we do not sell or deal with parts. We strictly deal with
service.
